Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with elias james! If your package was damaged in transit, we will not accept returns. If we have made an error on the order or the item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us. ejapparel2@gmail.com. We usually respond immediately to customer inquiries during business hours (7 am - 3pm CST, M-TR). WE will need clear pictures of the item(s). If it is determined we are at fault, we will accept the item back, at the customer's expense and refund your. money or we can exchange the item upon receiving the product back.

There is a 7 day return window. Other than the reasons stated above, we do not accept returns.
